WHAT'S THE SITE LIKE?

The Old Mill Caravan Park is a small, quiet, well maintained, family run park in the hamlet of Brodie. It's countryside setting is in approximately 6 acres of well kept grounds and bordered by mature trees with a river, The Muckle Burn, along it's west side. The park caters for Residential caravans, Holiday Hire caravans, Touring caravans and Tents. There is an Inn adjacent to the site providing restaurant and bar meals. We have a laundry with washing, drying and ironing facilities. The Old Mill doesn't have on-site entertainment features i.e. clubs or swimming pools etc, so therefore our customers tend to be people looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Ours is a friendly park where you'll find the staff and residents friendly and helpful but never intrusive. We value your privacy. Dogs are welcome on the park but must be on a lead at all times and we do expect you not to let you pet foul the park.  It should be noted that there are no recreational or entertainment facilities for children on the park however the area roundabout offers a wide range of activities for children of all ages.

WHAT ARE THE CARAVANS LIKE?

We have caravans to suit all budgets, ranging from new (ex-demonstration models) to previously owned units. Our current prices range from £4.995 to £23,995. All caravans have at least 2 bedrooms and comprise shower, kitchen, dining area and lounge. There's a cooker and gas fire as standard. Interiors can vary according to age and price range of the caravan. All units have H&C water, electricity and gas supply. Each caravan pitch has a small surrounding border where you can plant shrubs and flowers and, unlike some sites, our caravans are not packed closely together, there's plenty of room to park your car alongside your unit and still have space for a patio and garden furniture.
