CARAVAN TYPES AND INFORMATION

This is information for caravan hire tariffs, seasonal dates, caravan types and booking conditions.

Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday and commence from 4.00pm on day of arrival. 

Short Breaks may be taken on any consecutive days.

Caravans must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.

CARAVAN TYPES: 4 berth caravans have 2 bedrooms and sleep 4 people. 6 berth caravans have 2 

bedrooms, the seating area in the lounge converts into a studio bed to sleep a further 2 people.

All units have a heated lounge with colour TV and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge 

and cooker. 

All units have a separate shower room with toilet and hand washbasin. 

Bedding is provided but you should bring your own bed linen e.g. sheets, duvet covers, 

pillow cases and towels. 

There is a laundry onsite with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The Old Mill Caravan Park is a quiet, country park in a rural setting.  There is a restaurant and bar on site. 

The park is popular with people seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday. If you have small children it should 

be noted that we do not have any entertainment or recreational facilities for children on the Park, however 

the area roundabout offers many attractions and activities for children of all ages. Dogs are welcome on the 

Park and in caravans that permit but must be on a lead at all times and owners are responsible not to allow 

their dogs to foul the park. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans at any time and owners must

ensure that their dog is not an annoyance to other park users. Barbeques are permitted but must not be 

placed directly on the ground, they must be raised so as not to burn the grass.

In some circumstances we may ask for a £50 cleaning deposit. This is at the management's discretion.

The deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable at the end of the holiday if the hired unit has been left

in a condition of cleanliness and without damage to a standard deemed acceptable by the management.

Before you complete and return your downloaded booking form you MUST have confirmation of

availability from us. Contact us by either phone or email prior to returning your booking form.

Failure to do this may result in you losing your booking and deposit.

When you have confirmation of availability please fill in and return your booking form along with a deposit

of 20% of the total payable. The balance must be paid 28 days before your holiday commences. Failure

to pay the balance within this period may result in your booking being cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Cancellation of booking before balance has been paid will result in loss of deposit.

Should you cancel your booking after full payment has been made no monies shall be refunded. You must

ensure that your own holiday insurance covers any of these eventualities.
